About us
Who is behind Aleryc, where we are and who we work with.
Aleryc Digital Studio is a digital agency that builds the online presence of local businesses, independent professionals and small companies, and also works with larger companies. We do five things: custom websites, optimisation to get found on Google and by AI assistants (SEO, AEO and GEO), social media management, social media advertising campaigns, and digital products such as menus, price lists, catalogues and wine lists on a QR code.
Our goal is a simple one: to make businesses unbeatable online, with tailor-made work and a clear relationship, with no surprises.
Alessandra De Luca, owner, who founded Aleryc Digital Studio in 2026. Her passion for computing began at a science-focused secondary school specialising in applied sciences, where she started programming and building websites. You can read her story on the About page.
Five services, which you can choose individually or combine:
- Custom websites: designed from scratch around your business, fast and well built from the ground up.
- SEO, AEO and GEO optimisation: the complete work to get you found on Google and mentioned by assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
- Social media management: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok handled consistently, from the content calendar to publishing.
- Advertising campaigns: ads on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok designed around your situation, to find new customers.
- Digital products: menus, price lists, catalogues and wine lists on a QR code, updatable without reprinting anything.
Our registered office is in Terni, at Via Mola di Bernardo 22 F. The owner, Alessandra De Luca, works mainly from Genoa. We work entirely remotely with clients all over the European Union, by video call, phone (in Italian), email and WhatsApp; the only exception, on request, is one single initial training session for those who take social media management, anywhere in Italy. We don’t have an office open to the public.
Yes: Alessandra De Luca, the owner, works from Genoa, and we built the website for Lanterna Service, a cleaning company in Genoa. We work with them remotely, with the same method we use everywhere. You’ll find everything on the Web agency in Genoa page.
Yes: Aleryc’s registered office is in Terni, and we work with businesses in Umbria just as we do with those in the rest of Italy, entirely remotely. You’ll find everything on the Web agency in Terni page.
Yes: Aleryc Digital Studio works with clients all over the European Union, with the same method wherever you are, because everything happens remotely: video call, phone (in Italian), email and WhatsApp for consultations, revisions and ongoing support. We only work with VAT-registered businesses and professionals, in Italy and the European Union: we don’t take on private individuals without a VAT number, and we don’t work outside the European Union. The only exception, on request: one single initial training session for those who take social media management, anywhere in Italy, quoted case by case. We answer the phone Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 (Italian time), except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; WhatsApp and email are open every day, with a reply within 24 hours.
Only in one case. Aleryc’s process is entirely remote: consultation, quote, build and support all take place by video call, phone (in Italian), email and WhatsApp. The only exception, on request, is one single initial training session per client, for those who take social media management, anywhere in Italy. It’s paid: transport, travel time, the time of the session and accommodation if needed are paid by the client, quoted case by case. You’ll find the details in the "Meeting in person" section.
With the same guarantees you would ask of anyone, put in writing. These are the guarantees: a free consultation to get to know each other, a written quote with terms and timing, a contract you can read in your own time before signing, an invoice for every payment, and a private preview where you can see the finished site before it’s published. On the Projects page you’ll find some of our work, and our VAT number is on the website.
For local businesses, independent professionals and small companies: restaurants and bars, beauty and wellness, professional firms, artisans, retail, and hospitality. We also work with larger companies. It’s not a closed list, because the method works for any organisation that wants to build a solid online presence. What changes each time is the strategy: a restaurant and a professional firm don’t need the same things, nor the same way of telling their story. For some sectors we’ve produced dedicated studies of what each one needs online: restaurants and bars, beauty and wellness, professional firms, B&Bs, hotels and holiday rentals.
No, we work with businesses in every sector. If your business has specific rules about what can be communicated (for example healthcare or alcohol), we take them into account in the project; however, responsibility for what the law requires of your sector remains yours, as the business owner.
We work with local businesses, freelance professionals and small companies, and also with larger companies: our services are for any business or professional with a VAT number. We only work with VAT-registered businesses and professionals, in Italy and the European Union: we don’t take on private individuals without a VAT number, and we don’t work outside the European Union. Whether you run a small business with no marketing department or a structured company, in the consultation we start from your needs and tell you honestly what we would do.
Yes, in fact it’s the best time: starting with a polished, consistent image from day one is easier than fixing it later. In the consultation we figure out what makes sense to start with, for example a website and social media profiles, and what can wait.
Because of how we work:
- Always the same person: you talk to Alessandra, who has known your project from day one, with no passing you around.
- No surprises: the amount in the quote is what you pay, with terms set out in black and white before we start.
- Truly tailor-made: no borrowed templates; every project grows out of your business.
- Care afterwards too: we make changes and updates ourselves; all it takes is a message.
- Real numbers: a clear report every month that you can read in a few minutes.
If you’re comparing several agencies, our guide How to choose a web agency may help.
Yes. On the home page and on the Projects page you’ll find two real clients and several concepts, that is demo websites with fictional brands. In the consultation we can show you examples close to your sector.
Yes, as a tool: it helps us work faster on some parts of the process. The project, the choices, the copy and the final check, however, are always ours, and every detail is reviewed by hand. In the quote we tell you in writing which artificial intelligence tools we use in your project. If the photos you can provide aren’t of suitable quality for the website, we can enhance or regenerate them in high quality with AI, keeping the real features of your products and business.
Yes, there’s a benefit for clients who introduce new businesses to us. Ask us about it in the consultation or write to us: we’ll explain how it works.
Yes, in writing: you can write to us in Italian, English or Spanish, by email at info@aleryc.com or on WhatsApp at +39 353 4162529, and we’ll reply in the same language. Video calls, phone calls and in-person meetings, on the other hand, are in Italian.
Meeting in person
Aleryc’s process is entirely remote; the only exception, on request, is one single initial training session for those who take social media management, anywhere in Italy.
Yes: with Aleryc everything can be done remotely. Consultation, quote, build, revisions and support all take place by video call, phone (in Italian), email and WhatsApp, and you always see the work in a private preview before it’s published.
Only on request and only once per client, for those who take social media management, anywhere in Italy: it’s an initial training session where we explain how to set up content to our standards, download the apps you need and shoot the first videos of the content calendar together. It isn’t ongoing, and we don’t shoot content for you. For everything else, the free consultation included, we work remotely.
The training session in Italy is paid and quoted case by case: before scheduling it, we tell you in writing what it involves, so you can decide with all the information. Transport, travel time, the time of the session and accommodation if needed are paid by the client. The first consultation, on the other hand, remains free.
Only for the initial training session for social media management, on request, anywhere in Italy: at your business, for example at your restaurant, shop or office, or in a public place we choose together, such as a café or a coworking space. We don’t have an office open to the public: the Terni office is our registered office.
Yes, if you are in Italy and take social media management: the initial training session is possible anywhere in Italy, while outside Italy we work remotely. We consider each request case by case, based on the place and the timing, so sometimes the answer may be no: in that case we work remotely, with the same method and the same care.
No: the free consultation takes place remotely, by WhatsApp or email, or by video call (about 30 minutes, not required) or phone if you speak Italian. It’s how we get to know each other and understand your project.
Always Alessandra De Luca, the owner of Aleryc: the same person who looks after your project from day one.
Write to us at info@aleryc.com or on WhatsApp at +39 353 4162529, or call us (in Italian), Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 (Italian time; closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Tell us where you are and what you’d like to do, and we’ll reply with a proposal and a quote.
Because it lets us serve clients all over the European Union with the same care and reply quickly, without the work depending on travel. If you take social media management, one single initial training session in Italy is available on request.
There’s no fixed rule: we agree it based on both our schedules and the place. The sooner you ask, the easier it is to find the right time.
Consultation and first steps
From the first contact to the start of the work.
Yes. It’s a first conversation, by WhatsApp or email, or by video call (about 30 minutes, not required) or phone if you speak Italian, in which we listen to your situation and tell you honestly what we would do in your place. If you then decide not to go ahead, no problem: you keep our advice anyway. And if we’re not the right choice for you, we’ll tell you, and point out what to look for elsewhere.
From our contact page, with the form, or by writing to us at info@aleryc.com or on WhatsApp at +39 353 4162529. If you speak Italian, the free consultation can also be a video call or a phone call: every option has the same value.
As you prefer: by WhatsApp or email, or by video call (about 30 minutes, not required) or phone if you speak Italian. You tell us about your business, your customers and where you want to get to; we ask you a few questions and tell you what we would do in your place. You don’t need to prepare anything in particular.
Nothing mandatory. If you want to make the most of it, have your website or social media profiles handy if you already have them, a few examples of businesses or websites you like, and an idea of what you’d like to achieve: more customers, more bookings, a more polished image.
If you’d like to go ahead, we prepare a tailor-made written quote: what we’ll do, how, on what terms and with an estimate of the timing. You read it calmly and you decide. If you accept it, we sign the contract, you pay the deposit and we get started; to gather information about your business we send you a guided questionnaire, so nothing gets forgotten.
We prepare it after the consultation, based on what we discussed, and send it to you in writing. If we’re missing information to be precise, we contact you first to clarify it: we’d rather give you an accurate quote than a fast one.
No. The quote is a proposal: it becomes a commitment only when you decide to accept it and we sign the contract.
Yes. The services can be chosen individually or combined. They often work better together, because the website, social media and advertising tell the story of the same business, but we always start from what you really need.
In most cases, yes. Social media is great for getting known, but your website is your point of reference: it’s where Google and AI assistants find information about you, where people looking for you find your hours, services and contact details, and its rules don’t depend on a social network. In the consultation we look at your case together. We go deeper in the guide Website or just social media?
It depends on what you need. A do-it-yourself tool may be enough to get started, if you have a small budget and the time to learn how to use it and keep it up to date. A custom-designed website is worth it when you want to be found on Google and by artificial intelligence, stand out from people using the same templates, and not have to deal with copy, speed, security and updates. In the consultation we tell you honestly which path makes sense for you.
Prices, quotes and payments
How we put together the price, what it includes and how to pay.
Our starting prices are published on the Websites page, in three packages. For a brochure website, the build starts at €483 for Basic, €1,274 for Standard (the one we recommend for most businesses) and €3,236 for Premium, plus a monthly fee of €36, €57 or €94. For an online store with Shopify, it starts at €1,162, €2,438 or €4,615, plus a monthly fee of €76, €104 or €153. These are "starting from" prices under Italian tax rules, with no VAT because we operate under Italy’s flat-rate tax scheme, and the 2-euro stamp duty, when due, is included in the price. If you’re based in another European Union country (we only work with clients who have a VAT number), any taxes or mandatory costs for that country are shown in your written quote, before you sign. Only the amount you accepted applies. Packages are preset to give you an idea of what’s included and what it costs: each one can be fully customised with the services you want, at extra cost, and from then on it becomes a custom quote. The domain and the privacy and cookie policies are not part of the monthly fee: we add them separately, as dedicated items in the quote, priced in tiers by type. The exact amount depends on the number of pages, the features you really need (multiple languages, for example) and the animations you want: we set it in the written quote, after the free consultation, and the amount in the quote is what you pay, with no items popping up later. We explain what goes into the price in the guide How much does a website cost.
Yes, all of them, from first to last and for every service. Packages are preset to give you an idea of what’s included and what it costs, with "starting from" prices, and you can add the services you want, at extra cost: on Basic, for example, a contact form, calendar, newsletter or anything else. From then on we’re no longer talking about that package but about a custom quote, starting from there plus your additions.
Yes. At the bottom of each service page you’ll find our prices: websites, online stores and social media management in three packages (Basic, Standard and Premium), and SEO optimisation, campaigns and QR products as individual options. For websites they’re starting prices, because no two businesses ever need the same thing: after the free consultation we send you a written quote for your case, with a precise price that doesn’t change along the way. The published figures are always "starting from", with what is included written out, and every service can be customised.
Both: an initial part for design and development, and a monthly fee that keeps the website alive over time. You can also choose the single payment at contract signing: build and 12 monthly fees together, 5% off. The monthly fee includes hosting (for online stores, Shopify’s), security, ongoing support and the changes you ask for. The domain and the privacy and cookie policies are not part of the monthly fee: we add them separately, as dedicated items in the quote, priced in tiers by type, and we handle the renewals. For a brochure website the monthly fee ranges from €36 to €94, depending on the package; for an online store, from €76 to €153 a month. The exact amount is written in the quote, before any commitment.
Everything needed to keep the website online, secure and up to date without you having to deal with it:
- hosting;
- security certificate (https), updates and protection;
- website backups;
- ongoing support;
- changes with the texts and photos you provide, without limits, plus 1 hour a month of redesign (2 hours in the Premium packages);
- the monthly report.
The redesign hours are monthly and do not carry over: if you don’t use them in a month, they aren’t added to the next. Redesign is the time for changing the structure and layout of your pages, not just the content. New photos, videos and animations created with production platforms are always quoted separately, as is anything beyond what is included, at an hourly rate stated in the quote. The domain and the privacy and cookie policies are separate items, priced in tiers by type, shown in the quote. Features that require an external paid service are a separate item in the quote, at your expense.
The monthly fee includes unlimited changes with the texts and photos you provide: changing your opening hours, updating a price, replacing a photo, posting a piece of news. You also get 1 hour a month of redesign, for every website and online store, which becomes 2 hours in the Premium packages; the hours do not carry over from one month to the next. New photos, videos and animations created with production platforms are always quoted separately, and beyond what is included the hourly rate stated in the quote applies: we always tell you in advance what each job involves.
In two parts: a 50% deposit when you sign, to get started, and the remaining 50% when the work is finished, before going live. The monthly fee starts afterwards, as set out in the quote. You can also choose the single payment at contract signing: build and 12 monthly fees together, 5% off, with the same 5% for every further year paid in advance. The single payment also applies to SEO growth, with 5% off the 6 monthly fees only, and to social media management, with 3% off the 3 monthly fees only: setup costs stay at full price.
A secure payment link, which accepts cards, or a bank transfer. We give you all the details in the quote.
Yes, you receive an electronic invoice for every payment. Prices follow Italian tax rules: under the flat-rate scheme we add no VAT, and the 2-euro stamp duty, when the law requires it (invoices over 77.47 euros), is included. If you’re based in another European Union country (we only work with clients who have a VAT number), any taxes or mandatory costs for that country are shown in your written quote, before you sign. Only the amount you accepted applies.
Yes, and it’s only fair you know from the start. These stay separate, and you’ll find them as dedicated items in the quote:
- the domain, priced in tiers by type; we handle the renewal;
- the privacy and cookie policies, also priced in tiers by type;
- the advertising budget for campaigns, which you add directly to your own account;
- the Shopify subscription, if you choose an online store: you create the account, and you add us as collaborators so we can set up the theme and the website;
- a photo shoot with a professional, if you decide to have one (only for clients in Italy).
We always point them out in the quote, before we start.
Each added service has its own quote, which we present to you beforehand. If you add it to a package, from then on we’re talking about a custom quote starting from there. Starting with one service and adding others later is perfectly normal.
Contract, duration and cancellation
What you sign, how long it lasts and how to end it.
Yes: we always start from an accepted written quote and a contract, which you read in your own time before signing. In it you’ll find what’s included, the timing, the payments and the terms, written down in black and white.
The contract lasts 1 year for the website (and for the QR code digital product “Standalone, changes often”), 6 months for SEO, AEO and GEO and 3 months for social media management: this is the "minimum term", the minimum time it takes for the work to take shape. Advertising campaigns run month by month. At the end of the term the service renews automatically for the same length of time, unless you let us know in writing at least 30 days beforehand: this way the service doesn’t stop out of the blue, and you can always choose whether to continue. At renewal the monthly fee can only change with written notice, and in that case you can cancel. The QR code digital product “Standalone, rarely changes” has no minimum term.
Just let us know in writing at least 30 days before the end of the current term: in that case the service does not renew. The procedure is set out in the contract. Advertising campaigns, which run month by month, can be stopped with no additional notice.
Yes, with a penalty equal to 50% of the monthly fees that were still due until the end of the minimum term. This also applies if you stop paying halfway through the minimum term. The deposit and the single payment are not refunded once work has started. For advertising campaigns, which run month by month, there is no penalty. If you think you won’t be able to continue, write to us first: we’ll talk it through together.
The domain is always yours, and so are the social media profiles. The website, on the other hand, is something we build, host and look after for as long as the service is active, and it remains our property, along with its code. If, when the term ends, the service is not renewed, or if, after our notice, the fee is not paid, the website is taken offline: the domain stays registered in your name. The photos and materials you gave us remain yours, and you receive the texts and logo created for you. The domain is registered in our account, where we manage it, and we always give you the code to transfer it whenever you ask. QR codes already printed stop working if they depend on one of our pages. If you have an online store, the Shopify account stays yours. Before reaching that point we always warn you well in advance, and if you want to continue we talk it through together.
We send you a reminder and ask you to settle the payment; if the payment is still missing, we give you 15 days’ notice. After that, the website is suspended and, if the situation isn’t resolved, taken offline, while the domain stays yours. If this happens during the minimum term, the 50% penalty on the remaining monthly fees is still due. If you’ve hit a snag, write to us right away: we’ll talk it through together.
Yes: once you have paid the unpaid months and the fee for the current month, we put your website back online. Write to us and we’ll tell you the steps.
No, that isn’t an option. The duration terms are those in the contract: the service’s minimum term (1 year for the website and for the QR code digital product “Standalone, changes often”, 6 months for SEO, AEO and GEO, 3 months for social media management), then automatic renewal for the same length of time, with cancellation at least 30 days before the end of the term. The QR code digital product “Standalone, rarely changes” has no minimum term. If you have a particular need, for example a seasonal business, tell us about it in the consultation: we’ll take it into account in the quote.
No one can honestly guarantee first place on Google or being cited by an AI assistant: anyone who promises that isn’t telling the truth. What we guarantee is our work: a project done with care, clear terms and a monthly report with real numbers, so you always know what’s working and what we’re adjusting.
Timing and how we work
From signing to publishing, step by step.
It depends on how complex the project is, and that’s why we don’t give standard timelines before seeing the project. We give you the estimate together with the quote, before signing: you know when the website will be online before we even start. Timing depends mainly on three things: how many pages are needed, how many special features are needed, and how quickly we receive the information and materials from you.
- 1. Free consultation: we listen to you by WhatsApp or email, or by video call (about 30 minutes, not required) or phone if you speak Italian.
- 2. Tailor-made quote: in writing, with terms and an estimate of the timing.
- 3. Contract and deposit: we get started.
- 4. Questionnaire and materials: you tell us about your business and send us what we need.
- 5. Development: we keep you involved and are always available; when the site is complete you see it, tell us what you like and what you don’t, and we change the details.
- 6. Publishing: after the final payment, the website goes live on your domain.
- 7. Ongoing support: changes, updates and a monthly report.
Information about your business, which we gather with a guided questionnaire: who you are, what you offer, opening hours, contact details, price lists or menus, strengths, how you want to present yourself. Then your logo, if you have one, and photos, following our guidance. We take care of the rest.
After you sign the contract and pay the deposit, before the build starts: we send it to you. It’s a guided form we use to gather everything we need about your business, so we don’t have to chase you with a thousand questions. If you have no preference on a style choice, you can leave it to us. The more complete it is, the more the result will feel like you and the faster things will go.
Yes. When the website is complete you see it in a private preview visible only to you: you browse it on your phone and computer, tell us what you like and what you don’t, and we change the details. It goes live once you’ve approved the preview.
Revision rounds are batches of changes grouped together before publishing: 1 with Basic, 2 with Standard and 3 with Premium, for both brochure websites and online stores. Requests that go beyond that we evaluate together.
Always the same person, from day one: Alessandra De Luca, who knows your project, with no passing you around and without having to explain everything again from scratch.
Almost always the materials: information, copy to check, photos and approvals. The faster we receive them, the faster the website goes live. That’s why the questionnaire gathers everything in one go.
Websites
How our websites are built and what they can do for your business.
Tailor-made websites for local businesses, professionals and companies: brochure websites that present your business (who you are, what you offer, where to find you, how to contact you), with the features you really need: one-tap buttons to call, WhatsApp or email you in every package, a contact form, booking calendar and newsletter sign-up from Standard, and multiple languages if you need them. To sell online, we build stores with Shopify.
No. Every website is designed from scratch around your business, without borrowed templates and without WordPress: a custom-built website is lighter, faster and more secure, because it doesn’t depend on themes and plugins that need constant updating.
A brochure website presents your business: who you are, what you offer, where to find you and how to contact you. An e-commerce site also lets you sell online, with a catalogue, basket and payments. For online stores we work with Shopify, with prices from €1,162: in the consultation we figure out together which of the two paths your business really needs.
Yes, with Shopify: the build starts at €1,162, plus a monthly store care fee from €76. The Shopify account and payments are in your name: the revenue goes straight to you, and we never handle your money. You create the Shopify account, and the subscription, along with any paid apps, is at your expense: you add us as collaborators and we set up the theme and the website. If the contract is not renewed, the theme is removed and the store moves to a theme already available on Shopify, so you can keep selling: the hosting is Shopify’s and the account stays yours, while the theme and the penalty are governed by the contract. We create the custom design and upload the catalogue with the products you send us; payments, shipping and the related connections are entirely up to you: you’ll find everything on the Shopify online store page.
Yes. Every Aleryc website is responsive: it adapts by itself to phones, tablets and computers, with readable text and buttons that are easy to tap. Before publishing, we check every page on screens of different sizes, because today a large share of people arrive from their phones.
Because people abandon pages that load slowly, and because Google takes speed into account (the Core Web Vitals) when deciding which websites to show. That’s why every Aleryc website is slimmed down and optimised: compressed images, lean pages and fast loading even on a weak connection.
Yes. Every website has a security certificate (https) and the necessary protections, and we keep it updated for as long as the service is active. Since it has no admin panels or plugins to update, it also has fewer weak points than a traditional website.
We design it following the international accessibility guidelines (WCAG): readable contrast, alternative text for images, and navigation that also works with a keyboard and with screen readers. An accessible website is easier for everyone, and today it’s also a requirement increasingly found in European regulations.
As many as your business needs, not one more and not one less: up to 3 with Basic, up to 8 with Standard and up to 12 with Premium. We decide together in the consultation: for many businesses a few well-made pages are enough; for others, a page for each service is needed, which also helps you get found on Google.
We write the copy, you provide the photos. You tell us about your business in detail (history, services, price lists or menus, strengths, how you want to present yourself) and from there we take care of everything: copy, graphics, page structure, design and optimisation. For the photos, we tell you exactly which ones are needed and how to take them: then you choose whether to take them yourself, with a good-quality device, following our guidance, or to hire a photographer: for clients in Italy we act as the go-between with a professional photographer selected in your area. We book the appointment around your availability; you pay Aleryc, based on a quote, and Aleryc pays the photographer. For some businesses real photos aren’t even necessary: in that case we create the graphics ourselves. Either way, we optimise the images before publishing them.
Usually you take them yourself: we guide you step by step on what to shoot and how, so you can do it yourself with a good phone. If you prefer a professional, for clients in Italy we act as the go-between with a professional photographer selected in your area. We book the appointment around your availability; you pay Aleryc, based on a quote, and Aleryc pays the photographer.

Yes: with Standard and Premium websites, if you don’t have a logo, together with the website we prepare a starter logo, included in the price, consistent with your business’s colours and style, so you immediately have a polished, recognisable image.
Yes. Colours, fonts, copy and structure grow out of your story and your image, so people who meet you online recognise you in person too. If you already have a logo and colours, we start from there.
Yes. A contact form and a booking calendar are included from the Standard package, in the free basic version of the external tools; on Basic they can be added at extra cost, with a custom quote. Versions in multiple languages and other features are added based on what your business needs. We evaluate them together during the free consultation, so the website does exactly what you need: nothing less, nothing superfluous. Features that require an external paid service are a separate item in the quote, at your expense.
From the Standard package, the website includes a booking calendar in your name, where customers choose an available day and time; you receive a notification and manage everything from your account. On Basic it can be added at extra cost, with a custom quote. Alternatively, if it’s more convenient for you, we can have requests come in via WhatsApp or email. The calendar is included in its free basic version. Features that require an external paid service are a separate item in the quote, at your expense.
Yes, in every package, starting from Basic: anyone who taps WhatsApp on the website lands straight in a chat with you, and it’s one of the simplest ways to receive requests, especially from phones. In the same way, your number opens a call and your email address opens the mail app.
Yes, if your business receives customers: a map, your address and a link to get driving directions with one tap on the phone.
To your email address: every request reaches you with the customer’s name, contact details and message. The form is included from the Standard package, in its free basic version, and has the checkbox for consent to data processing. On Basic it can be added at extra cost, with a custom quote. Features that require an external paid service are a separate item in the quote, at your expense.
Yes: from the Standard package, the sign-up form is included, connected to a newsletter service in your name, from which you then send updates to your customers. On Basic it can be added at extra cost, with a custom quote. The free basic version is included. Features that require an external paid service are a separate item in the quote, at your expense.
Yes. We prepare the versions in other languages ourselves and recommend a final check by a native speaker, to make sure every nuance is right. The cost depends on how many languages and how many pages are needed, and you’ll find it in the quote.
Yes, whenever the law requires them: a privacy notice is always needed if the website collects data, for example through a contact form; a cookie policy and consent banner are needed when the website uses non-technical cookies or tools, such as third-party analytics or embedded videos. To prepare them we rely on a specialised service that keeps them up to date with regulations and that we activate in our own account, like the domain: they are a separate item, priced in tiers by type, shown in the quote; we handle the renewal. Legal responsibility for the data collected remains yours, as the business owner.
There’s no need: we make the changes ourselves and they’re included in the monthly fee (the texts and photos you provide, without limits, plus 1 hour a month of redesign, 2 hours in the Premium packages). Changing your opening hours, updating a service, updating a price, posting a piece of news: you write to us by email or WhatsApp and we take care of it. You don’t have to learn any admin panel, you don’t risk breaking anything, and you don’t end up with a stale website because nobody has time to update it. For new photos, videos and animations, or anything beyond what is included, we send you a quote first, so you always know in advance what it involves.
Yes, and it’s one of the most common cases. We keep the domain you already use, so people who know you keep finding you at the same address, and we set up the necessary redirects so that the ranking work done so far isn’t lost. We analyse what isn’t working on your current website, recover what’s worth keeping (content, contacts, reviews) and redesign the rest from scratch. A redesign costs the same as a new website, and moving over without losing your Google rankings is included. We explain it step by step on the Redesign your website without losing your Google rankings page.
Yes, by rebuilding it from scratch. We don’t work on websites built by others: no changes, no optimisation, no SEO. We do SEO and optimisation only on websites we built; social media management and ad campaigns don’t require a website built by us.
Yes, if it makes sense for your business: articles and news are also useful for getting found on Google, as long as they’re updated consistently. We talk about it in the consultation and include it in the quote.
Apps to download from app stores aren’t among the services we offer. For most businesses, a fast, well-made website that opens right away on the phone without installing anything is the most practical solution for customers.
Domain, hosting and email
Your website’s address, where it "lives" and your business email.
No: the domain, like the privacy and cookie policies, is not part of the monthly fee. We add it separately, as a dedicated item in the quote, priced in tiers by type. We register it in your name and handle the renewal ourselves; hosting, updates and security, on the other hand, are included in the monthly fee. You don’t have to manage any technical panel or remember any renewal. The website stays online, updated and supported for as long as the service is active. The terms are written in black and white in the contract, which you read in your own time before signing.
To you. The domain is your business’s address on the internet, and it’s only right that it’s yours: we register it in your name and take care of the renewals for as long as the service is active. Its price, in tiers by type, is written separately in the quote.
The domain is the website’s address, for example yourbusiness.com. Hosting is the space on the internet where the website "lives" and is always reachable. You need both, and we look after them.
Yes. We connect the new website to the domain you already have, so people who know you keep finding you at the same address.
For a business that works in Italy, .it is usually the most natural and recognisable choice. We evaluate it together based on your business’s name and which addresses are still available.
Yes, on request and based on a quote. If you already have an email address tied to your domain, when we connect the new website your email keeps working as before.
No. When we connect the website to your domain we only touch the website settings: your email keeps arriving as always.
It’s very rare, because we use reliable infrastructure designed for fast websites. If anything should happen, write to us: we check it and fix it ourselves; it’s part of the support included in the monthly fee.
Yes: we keep every version of the website, so if there’s a problem we can restore it.
Getting found: Google and artificial intelligence
SEO, AEO and GEO explained without jargon.
They’re three different ways of getting found. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) makes your website appear in Google’s results. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) is about ready-made answers: when you search for something and Google writes the answer for you right at the top, or you ask an assistant such as Gemini, that answer is built from the pages the search engine finds: AEO aims to make sure your website is one of them. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) works to get your business cited by artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews, which more and more people use instead of a search engine. Today you need all three. Every website we build starts with the right foundations: fast, with a structure that Google and AI can read. The complete work, with full structured data and in-depth FAQs, is our SEO, AEO and GEO optimisation, included in Premium websites and stores.
By working on three fronts together: content that clearly answers the questions customers really ask, structured data (schema.org) that tells search engines who you are, what you offer and where you are, and a fast, well-organised website. No one can guarantee being cited by an AI assistant, but a website built this way by Aleryc has a much better chance of being read, understood and recommended.
They’re the answers written by Google’s artificial intelligence. AI Overviews appear at the top of the results, have been available in Italian since 26 March 2025, and summarise the answer with links to the sources; AI Mode, available in Italian since 8 October 2025, is a conversational search. Both choose their sources from pages Google already has in its index: that’s why a website built well for Google is also the foundation for appearing there. We explain it in more detail in the guide to SEO, AEO and GEO.
Yes, if the website is open to search engines and AI crawlers and if the text is written directly in the page. Many of the programs AI uses to read the web don’t run JavaScript: text that appears only after a script loads simply doesn’t exist for them. On the websites we build, all the important text is already in the page.
The basics are included: every website we build is fast and well built, with structure and headings taken care of from the start. The complete SEO, AEO and GEO optimisation, to get you found on Google and mentioned by AI assistants, is a separate service: the launch costs €476 one-off (€663 for online stores) and is included in Premium websites and stores, together with 2 months of growth on Google and AI with no strings attached, and at the end you decide whether to stop or continue with the remaining 4 months; to keep being found there’s the monthly growth plan, which updates the launch work with 2 new pieces of content a month: €238 a month for at least 6 months.
No, and be wary of anyone who promises it: nobody controls Google’s results. What we do is build a website that has everything it takes to get found, and measure every month how it’s doing.
It depends on your sector, the competition in your area and how well known your business already is online: that’s why we don’t give timelines before seeing the project. Every month, in the report, you see how visits and requests are going.
It’s information written into the website’s code in a standard language (schema.org) that search engines and artificial intelligence read instantly: who you are, what you offer, where you are, opening hours, frequently asked questions. It helps Google and AI understand you without mistakes. We take care of the basics on every website; full structured data is part of our SEO, AEO and GEO optimisation, included in Premium websites and stores.
Because more and more people search by asking full questions, to Google or to an assistant like ChatGPT. A website that clearly answers the questions customers really ask has a much better chance of being chosen as the answer. That’s why in-depth FAQs about your business are an important part of our SEO, AEO and GEO optimisation, included in Premium websites and stores.
Yes: Google and AI assistants take into account what customers say about you. Reviews are left by your customers on Google; on the website we can showcase the best ones. We explain how to ask for them the right way in the guide Google reviews.
By asking all your customers, at the right moment, with a direct link and without offering anything in return. Inviting only satisfied customers, buying reviews or writing them yourself is prohibited: under the Italian Consumer Code, publishing non-genuine reviews is always a misleading practice. Replying to every review, including negative ones, calmly and kindly helps readers trust you.
Yes: every website is built so that Google and AI understand exactly where you are and which area you serve, with your address, hours and services described clearly and consistently. That’s what makes the difference when someone searches for "near me". With our SEO, AEO and GEO optimisation we add pages for your city. We don’t create or manage your Google Business Profile: with Growth we only publish posts on the one you already have.
Yes. Search engines and AI assistants gather information from multiple sources, and an active profile, with your name, area and services described clearly and consistently with the website, makes it easier to recognise and recommend your business. That’s why Aleryc looks after social media and the website as parts of the same online presence.
Social media advertising
Ads on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, designed around your situation.
On Instagram and Facebook (Meta) and on TikTok. We make the choice together in the consultation, based on your business and the people you want to reach: there’s no point being where your customers aren’t.
No: the campaigns we manage are on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. To help you get found on Google, we work on the website, with SEO, AEO and GEO.
You decide the budget and it stays yours. It’s important to understand the difference: our fee covers the strategy, the content designed to be promoted and the management of the campaigns; the advertising budget is a separate expense that you add directly to your own ad account, following our step-by-step instructions. We don’t handle your money: we use what you’ve added to launch the promotions according to the agreed strategy, and you can see at any time how much you’re spending. We adapt the strategy to the budget you have available, not the other way around.
No, it’s always separate: our fee covers strategy, ads and management, while you add the budget to your ad account and pay it directly to the platform. That way you always know exactly how much you’re investing, down to the cent.
Boosting a post gives more visibility to a single piece of content. A campaign, on the other hand, is a plan built around a specific goal, with a chosen audience, ads designed for it and measured results. Aleryc thinks in campaigns: every ad has a role and a number to keep an eye on.
We start from who your best customers are: area, age, interests, habits. From there we build the campaign’s audience and refine it with the data we gather along the way, showing the ads more and more to the people who respond best.
We do: copy, images and videos designed to stop the scroll and make people want to know more. We test several versions, keep the ones that perform best and let go of the ones that don’t work.
It depends on the goal and the sector, which is why we don’t promise timelines before seeing the project. Before launching we give you a clear estimate and, once it’s live, we follow the campaign closely and keep you updated on what’s working.
It helps a lot, because people who see an ad often open the profile before contacting you. If the profile needs work, Aleryc can look after it alongside the campaigns with the social media management service, so the ads and the profile tell the story of the same business.
Every campaign has a clear goal and numbers to track: requests, contacts, visits, bookings. In the report we walk you through the results with real numbers and plain words, and we decide together how to proceed. You can see the budget spent at any time on your account.
Yes: when needed, we set up simple paths to turn interest into concrete requests, for example a form or a direct contact (lead generation).
Yes: a new service, an event or a season starting are great reasons for a targeted campaign that puts the news in front of the right people at the right time.
Reports and results
How we measure the work, month after month.
From the numbers, every month. We send you a report you can read in five minutes, with no jargon: how many people visited the website, how many contact requests came in, how the social media profiles grew, which content performed best and how the campaigns went. If something isn’t paying off, we’re the first to tell you and we adjust the strategy, instead of waiting for you to notice.
The numbers that matter to you, explained in plain words: website visits and requests received; for social media, people reached, new followers and top content; for campaigns, results against the goal and budget spent. At the end, what we’ve learned and what we’ll do the following month.
By email, every month. If anything isn’t clear, just ask us and we’ll explain it.
We’re the first to tell you: we look at the numbers together, figure out what isn’t working and adjust the strategy, instead of waiting for you to notice.

We do, always the same person: Alessandra. Ongoing support is included in the monthly fee: you write to us by email or WhatsApp and we take care of changes, updates and any problem.
Write to us by email or on WhatsApp about what you want to change, even with a photo or a voice message if that’s easier. We make routine changes ourselves, and they’re included in the service.
Write to us by email or on WhatsApp, ideally with a screenshot or a description of what’s happening: we check it and fix it ourselves; it’s part of the support included in the monthly fee.
Yes, on WhatsApp and by email, every day, with a reply within 24 hours. On the phone, however, we do not answer on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Ask us. We’re happy to help.
Write to us in English by email or WhatsApp: we’ll listen, ask you a few questions and tell you honestly what we would do in your place. Video calls and phone calls are in Italian.
Social media management
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok handled consistently.
We take care of it. We create or refresh your Instagram and Facebook profiles, and from Standard up your TikTok profile too, build the content calendar, write the scripts, edit the content and publish it. You don’t have to think about what to post or when: you send us information and raw material when needed, and we take care of the rest.
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok: Basic covers Instagram and Facebook, Standard and Premium add TikTok. You don’t need to be everywhere: with Aleryc we choose together the channels where your audience really spends its time and focus our energy there, instead of spreading it across profiles nobody looks at.
The channels we manage are Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, the ones where local businesses most easily find their customers.
It depends on the package: 2 pieces of content a week with Basic, 4 with Standard and 7 with Premium. Stories go out 3 times a week with Basic, 5 times with Standard and every day with Premium. What to post and when, we decide together in the content calendar. To get noticed, consistency matters more than quantity: better a few well-crafted, regular posts than lots of rushed ones.
We do: ideas, scripts, graphics, video editing, copy and publishing. All we ask of you is raw material when needed, for example some footage of your work, following our simple guidance.
You approve the plan, not every single post. Every month we propose the content calendar with everything we’ll publish: posts, videos and their scripts, together with the list of materials we need from you. Once you approve it and send us the requested materials, we check them and, if they’re suitable, edit the videos and publish on our own, following the calendar. That way you always know what’s coming out, without having to chase social media on your busiest days.
Every month we propose the calendar with all the month’s content: posts, videos, scripts and publishing dates, plus the list of materials to send us (for example some footage or photos). You approve it and send us the materials; we check them and, if they’re fine, prepare and publish everything on our own.
Only if you’d like to. Your business can be presented perfectly well through its products, spaces, team and everyday work. If, on the other hand, you want to show your face, we give you simple guidance on what to say and how to film yourself.
Usually you do, with your phone, following our guidance: we tell you what to film and how, and it only takes a few minutes. On request, anywhere in Italy, you can have one single initial training session where we set up content to our standards and shoot the first videos together, paid and based on a quote. We do the editing and everything else. If you want a professional service, for clients in Italy we act as the go-between with a professional photographer selected in your area. We book the appointment around your availability; you pay Aleryc, based on a quote, and Aleryc pays the photographer.
No: you handle comments and private messages, because nobody knows your customers and their requests better than you. We take care of creating and publishing the content.
No. We start from the profile you already have: we analyse what works, keep it and refresh the rest, that is, the profile picture, bio, covers and content style. The followers you’ve earned stay yours and find a more polished profile.
Yes: we create the profiles from scratch, with a profile picture, bio, covers and a recognisable style, in your business’s name. Profile setup costs a one-off €126 with Basic and Standard and is included in Premium; if you already have profiles, we restyle them and this item doesn’t apply.
You do. The profiles are in your business’s name and the followers you earn stay yours.
To work securely we use, whenever possible, the collaborator access the platforms provide, without you having to give us your password. We guide you through the steps.
No: real numbers are built with well-crafted, consistent content; they can’t be promised on paper. What we guarantee is the work and transparency: every month the report shows you the people reached, new followers and the content that performed best.
Yes, when they help, with music from among the tracks allowed for business profiles: we choose hashtags, formats and audio with the people who need to find you in mind, without chasing trends at all costs.
Almost always, yes, if you choose the right way to tell its story. In the consultation we figure out who your customers are and which channels you really find them on, and we tell you honestly whether and how social media can help you.
