Cookie Policy of aleryc.com

Welcome to the cookie policy of aleryc.com. This policy will help you understand which cookies and tracking technologies we use, how we use them and what your rights are.

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Introduction

This document contains information about the technologies that allow this website to achieve the purposes described below. Such technologies allow the Controller to collect and save information (for example by using Cookies) or to use resources (for example by running a script) on a User’s device as they interact with this website.

For simplicity, these technologies are defined in this document as “Trackers”, unless there is a reason to differentiate.

For example, while Cookies can be used on both web and mobile browsers, it would be inaccurate to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile apps, as they are a Tracker that requires a browser. For this reason, within this document, the term Cookies is only used to indicate that specific type of Tracker.

Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may also require the User’s consent. Whenever consent is given, it can be freely withdrawn at any time by following the instructions in this document.

This Website uses Trackers managed directly by the Controller (commonly known as “first-party” Trackers) and Trackers that enable services provided by a third party (commonly known as “third-party” Trackers). Unless otherwise specified in this document, those third parties have access to their respective Trackers.

The duration and expiry of Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary depending on the settings made by the Controller or by each third-party provider. Some of them expire when the User’s browsing session ends.

In addition to what is specified in the description of each of the categories below, Users may find more detailed and up-to-date information on duration, as well as any other relevant information, such as the presence of other Trackers, in the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers (through the links provided) or by contacting the Controller.

How this website uses Trackers

Necessary

This Website uses so-called “technical” Cookies and other similar Trackers to carry out activities that are strictly necessary for the operation or delivery of the Service.

Functionality

This Website uses Trackers to enable simple interactions and to activate features that allow Users to access certain resources of the Service and that simplify communication with the Controller.

Trackers managed by third parties

iubenda

Company: iubenda s.r.l. (Italy).

iubenda is the service that displays the cookie banner and the “Cookie preferences” panel on this website and records the User’s choice. The banner is loaded from iubenda’s servers on every page, even before any choice is made: the browser therefore sends iubenda the technical data of the connection, such as the IP address. When the User accepts or rejects, the choice is sent to iubenda to keep proof of it. Before the choice, iubenda saves nothing on the User’s device.

After the choice, whether acceptance or rejection, the following are saved on the User’s device:

These Trackers are used to manage consent and are among the necessary ones.

Personal Data processed: Usage Data, Trackers, choice expressed on cookies.

How to manage preferences

How to manage preferences and give or withdraw consent on this website

Where the use of Trackers is based on consent, Users can give or withdraw that consent by setting or updating their preferences through the relevant privacy choices panel available on this website.

With regard to third-party Trackers, Users can manage their preferences by visiting the relevant opt-out link (if available), by using the tools described in the third party’s privacy policy, or by contacting the third party directly.

How to control or delete Cookies and similar technologies through your device settings

Users may use their browser settings to:

Browser settings, however, do not allow granular control of consent by category.

Users can, for example, find information about how to manage Cookies in the help pages of the most widely used browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Brave and Opera.

Users may also manage certain Trackers used in mobile apps by disabling them through the relevant device settings, such as the device advertising settings or the tracking settings in general (Users may open the device settings and look for the relevant one).

Consequences of refusing the use of Trackers

Users are free to decide whether or not to allow the use of Trackers. However, please note that Trackers help this website to provide a better experience and advanced features for Users (in line with the purposes outlined in this document). Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of Trackers, the Controller may be unable to provide the related features.

To work, it saves some technical information in the browser’s session storage (sessionStorage):
