A QR code digital menu costs little with a DIY service and more if a professional prepares it. The cost depends on who prepares it, how many languages you need and how often it changes. With Aleryc it costs €97 one-off on your website or, on its own, €168 or €132 plus €18 a month.
The three ways.
- A PDF with a QR code: cheap, but hard to read on a phone, and every change needs a new file. We explain it in our guide QR menu or PDF menu.
- A subscription service: you enter dishes and prices on a platform. It costs little per month, but the work stays with you and you pay for as long as you use it.
- A menu made by a professional: a polished page in your venue’s style. It costs more at the start and takes the work off your hands.
What it costs, in practice.
Figures vary widely from one service to another: for current fees, check each service’s price list, and also count design, getting it online and table stands.
What changes the bill.
- How often it changes: a fixed menu and one that changes weekly are two different jobs.
- Who makes the changes: if you do, it costs your time; if someone else does, check how they’re charged.
- Languages: every translation is extra work. How to do it well is in our guide Your menu in English.
- Allergens: they need handling either way, as our guide Allergens on the menu explains.
- Printing: the QR code stays the same, so you only print it once.
Digital menus with Aleryc.
Our digital products come in three options, all with a page designed for phones and QR codes ready to print:
- On your website: €97 one-off, with changes covered by the website’s monthly fee. It’s included in Premium websites and stores.
- On its own, if it rarely changes: €168 one-off, from the second year €26 a year to stay online, and €18 per change, only when needed; a redesign, new animations or AI images are always quoted separately.
- On its own, if it changes often: €132 plus €18 a month (1-year minimum term), with unlimited changes to the texts and images you send us; a redesign, new animations or AI images are quoted separately.
Each extra language costs €45. These are “starting from” prices under Italian tax rules, with no VAT to add and the stamp duty included. If you’re based in another European Union country (we only work with clients who have a VAT number), any taxes or mandatory costs for that country are shown in your written quote, before you sign. Any package can be customised by adding the services you want, at extra cost: from then on it becomes a custom quote starting from there. You’ll find all our prices on one page.
