Il Classico
€12Double smash, double cheddar, caramelized onion, fermented pickles and our house paprika sauce.
That sauce you just watched drip? We make it ourselves, every morning: smoked paprika, roasted tomato, a drizzle of honey. Now let's open up the burger.
Scroll: the burger opens up and tells you, one layer at a time, why it's built this way.
Seven layers. One bite.
The ball of beef hits the blazing cast iron and we smash it right away, hard, with a steel press. Then we leave it alone: that's how the beef gets its crust and the edges turn into crispy lace. One flip, a slice of cheddar, done.
Smoked paprika, griddle-roasted tomato, apple cider vinegar and a drizzle of chestnut honey. Three hours on the stove, every morning: whatever's left goes into jars. Grab one at the counter, or add it to your order.
Pick your burgers and a time: the beef hits the griddle ten minutes before pickup, so it's as hot as at the counter. You pay when you get here.

Twenty seats, an open kitchen and no reservations: walk in, order at the counter, eat it hot. If there's a line, it's because we take our time.
