A day at Manta

Here, time is kept
by the sun.

There's no timetable here: just the light, the tide and your appetite. Here's how a day on the island usually unfolds.

  1. Sunrise · included

    The reef wakes up

Our marine biologist knocks at your villa with the snorkel masks. Climb down the ladder from your deck: turtles, rays and the coral garden are just ten strokes away.

At sunrise the villa ladder leads down into the lagoon, with a mask and fins on the step; underwater, a turtle swims over the coral
  2. Breakfast · whenever you like

    The floating breakfast

Freshly cut fruit, warm bread, eggs any way you like. It arrives in your pool and floats beside you while you eat breakfast in the water.

  3. Lunch · barefoot

Catch of the day on the sand

Fishermen from the neighboring island bring in their catch at eleven. We grill it under the palms and serve it with coconut curry and lime rice.

  4. Overwater spa · on request

    A massage above the fish

Six overwater treatment rooms with glass floors. Island coconut oil and, beneath you, the lagoon drifting by.

  5. Sunset · included

    Heading west by dhoni

The wooden boat slips out of the lagoon as the sun goes down. Dolphins often swim alongside.

  6. Dinner · on request

    A table on the sandbank

A strip of sand in the middle of the lagoon, lanterns, and a chef just for the two of you. You sail back under the stars.

A candlelit table for two on the sandbank, with lanterns set in the sand under a starry sky
  7. Night

    The sea lights up

On some nights, bioluminescent plankton traces the shoreline in blue. From your deck, just stir the water with your hand.
